Redefine Safety Services is a full-service, boutique Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) consulting company based out of the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia.  We operate all over southern BC, specializing in COR-consulting and working within the regulatory environment of BC’s construction industry.  Our team is well educated, and we aim to deliver experienced knowledge in Risk Management, Hazard Assessment, Occupational Health & Safety program development, Emergency Response, and OH&S-related documentation development.  With clientele in several BC industries, our team has developed evolved OH&S skills, and can put our solid understanding of the regulatory environment and hazards companies face on a daily basis to work for you.

Prior to launching Redefine Safety Services, primary consultant Jeff N. was employed with the BC Government working with the BC Wildfire Services for many years, parachuting out of planes and rappelling out of helicopters into wildfires around BC and throughout Canada.  Jeff then went into Finance for several years, working in Investments, Risk Management, and Wealth Creation.  After building a successful financial services business with a couple of thousand clients, some unexpected health challenges caused him to re-evalute his trajectory. He sold his financial services business, re-loaded, and headed to the Alberta Oilfields for a completely new life experience.  After learning an amazing amount of new skills, experiencing situations never imagined possible, and meeting several intriguing individuals in the Safety industry, Jeff realized the potential opportunity to bring the Safety world together with all of his previous work experiences, and began the schooling to become a National Construction Safety Officer.  After earning his NCSO designation, he heeded the call back to the construction industry in the Okanagan.  It is his mix of unique experiences that brings about a redefined vision for what Occupational Health and Safety can look like for an organization.  Current clients include both private and public companies, including some of the Okanagan’s largest electrical contractors, agricultural businesses, small Municipalities, and high profile Safety Training providers in southern BC.
